My greatest passion has always been using my platform to focus on what matters most: faith, family, and philanthropy. Inspired by the mentors, relationships, and experiences that have shaped me, I created Five Star Life as a space to share the hard-fought (and won) principles I’ve found to be true. Through the many trials & tribulations as well as milestones and victories—the concepts I’ve learned about leadership, wellness, marriage, and living with purpose have radically changed my life for the better. The idea came from my work in the restaurant industry. Just as we at Jeff Ruby’s strive for five-star service, we must strive for five stars in life. This is God’s desire for us, as well.
The Five Star Life podcast is a platform where we’ll discuss the joys and challenges of building a meaningful life together while raising our four kids: Caden, Gracie, Hannah, and Asher.

Caleb Miller is a former NFL linebacker turned entrepreneur, speaker, and co-host of the Five Star Life podcast. After playing professionally for the Cincinnati Bengals, Caleb transitioned from the football field to a life of faith-driven purpose and leadership. Today, he brings that same discipline, drive, and heart to his family, business ventures, and the Five Star Life community he co-founded with his wife, Britney Ruby Miller.
A natural storyteller and deep thinker, Caleb shares real, relatable conversations on the podcast—covering everything from wellness and relationships to personal growth and living with intention.
